These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Website and the rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
02Definitions
- Service Provider — IT K&R ELECTRONIC Sp. z o.o.
- Website — the website available at itkrelectronic.eu.
- User — any person using the Website.
- Electronic Service — a service provided electronically by the Service Provider via the Website.
- Contact Form — a functionality enabling the submission of inquiries to the Service Provider.
03Type and scope of services
Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge:
- sharing content — presenting information about the Service Provider's activities in the import and export of IT equipment, electronics, and equipment for artificial intelligence and data centers;
- contact form — enabling the User to submit inquiries and establish contact.
The Website is for informational purposes only. The content contained therein does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract (Art. 71 of the Civil Code).
04Technical Requirements
To properly use the Website, you must have:
- a device with internet access;
- an up-to-date web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies;
- in the case of the contact form, an active email account.
05Using the Contact Form
Using the Contact Form requires providing the data marked as mandatory and accepting the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Sending an inquiry does not obligate either party to conclude a contract. The Service Provider will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible. The contact form service is a one-time service and terminates upon sending the message.
06Prohibition of Providing Illegal Content
The User is obligated to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good practice and to refrain from providing illegal content. In particular, it is prohibited to submit content that infringes the rights of third parties, is offensive, misleading, or contains malware.
07Intellectual Property Rights
All content posted on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and the layout and composition of pages, is subject to the exclusive rights of the Service Provider or entities with which the Service Provider has entered into appropriate agreements, and is subject to legal protection. Their copying, distribution or use without the consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.
08Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, but is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the Website resulting from reasons beyond its control, including force majeure or technical infrastructure failures.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the consequences of using the Website in a manner inconsistent with the Terms of Service or the law.
09Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Website or the electronic services provided can be submitted to the Service Provider's email address. The complaint should include a description of the issue and the User's contact details. The Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the User about the procedure for its review electronically.
10Personal Data
The principles for processing Users' personal data and using cookies are specified in the Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral supplement to these Terms and Conditions.
11Final Provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons. Changes come into effect upon their publication on the Website.
- These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved, and printed.
- These Terms and Conditions are effective from June 9, 2026.
