01Personal Data Controller

The Controller of Users' personal data is IT K&R ELECTRONIC Sp. z o.o. — an international company specializing in the import and export of IT equipment and electronics, including equipment for artificial intelligence and data centers.

In all matters concerning the processing of personal data, the User may contact the Administrator at the email address provided above.

02Definitions

• GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
• Controller — IT K&R ELECTRONIC Sp. z o.o.
• Personal Data — information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
• User — a natural person using the Website or contacting the Controller.
• Website — the website operating at itkrelectronic.eu.

03Scope of data processed

Depending on how the Website is used, the Administrator may process the following data:

• data provided in the contact form: name and surname, email address, subject, and message content;
• data provided in email or telephone correspondence with the Administrator;
• technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of visit, and information from cookies.

04Purposes and legal basis of processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes and on the following legal basis:

• handling inquiries submitted via the contact form or email and providing answers - Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR (activities aimed at concluding a contract) and Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest in maintaining correspondence);
• establishing and implementing commercial cooperation (import, export, distribution) - Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR;
• fulfilment of legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations - Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR c GDPR;
• pursuing or defending against claims - Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f GDPR;
• ensuring the proper functioning of the Website and its security - Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f GDPR.

05Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the contact form and receive a response to your inquiry. Failure to provide data prevents the Administrator from contacting you.

06Data storage period

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, i.e.:

• data from correspondence and inquiries - for the duration of the correspondence and until the statute of limitations for any claims;
• data related to the implementation of contracts - for the duration of the cooperation and for the period required by law (including tax regulations);
• data processed on the basis of consent - until its withdrawal.

07Data Recipients

Personal data may be entrusted or made available to entities supporting the Controller, in particular:

• hosting and email service providers;
• IT service and software providers;
• accounting and legal service providers;
• entities authorized under the law.

These entities process data only on the basis of data processing agreements and in accordance with the Controller's instructions.

08Data Transfer Outside the EEA

Due to the international nature of the Controller's operations and the use of technology providers, personal data may, in justified cases, be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
