02Definitions
- GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
- Controller — IT K&R ELECTRONIC Sp. z o.o.
- Personal Data — information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
- User — a natural person using the Website or contacting the Controller.
- Website — the website operating at itkrelectronic.eu.
03Scope of data processed
Depending on how the Website is used, the Administrator may process the following data:

- establishing and implementing commercial cooperation (import, export, distribution) - Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR;
- fulfilment of legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations - Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR c GDPR;
- pursuing or defending against claims - Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f GDPR;

05Voluntary provision of data

Users' personal data are not used for automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects the User.
